Our head baker and co-owner was trained in the time-honored techniques of the great French patissiers at the Cordon Bleu, London. Since our opening in 2000, we have taken that great tradition a step further by melding exotic elements drawn from Asia’s varied epicurean cultures to craft desserts that offer a richness of taste and flavour.
That is our trademark, as is the sophisticated design and presentation of our cakes and pastries. A dessert from The Patissier satisfies more than your palate; it is a complete sensory feast from the first blushingly red berry to the last perfectly placed chocolate curl.
